Hyderabad, India – Mr. Prem Amarnathan, Promoter of Bodhtree Consulting Ltd (BSE: 539122), visited the company’s Hyderabad headquarters for two days to review the strategic and operational progress following the Board Meeting for Q1 FY2025–26.
During the visit, Mr. Amarnathan assessed the company’s quarterly performance, which reflected positive operational momentum, enhanced execution capabilities, and continued progress on long-term strategic goals.

- Revenue from Operations reflecting an approx. 150% growth in the previous FY Q1 and Q4 results.
- EBITDA reached margin expansion of more than 200 basis points
- Net Profit improved to up 24%
- Strong traction in cloud services, healthcare IT, and government technology solutions
- Expansion of delivery capacity and workforce to support onboarding of new clients across key verticals

Mr. Amarnathan held a detailed one-on-one conversation with Mr. Maruti Venkata Subba Rao Poluri, Independent Director of Bodhtree Consulting. As an Insolvency Professional and Company Secretary with advanced qualifications (M.Com, MBA, LLM, FCS, PGDAOR), Mr. Subba Rao brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and financial restructuring. His legal and financial oversight is instrumental in sustaining the company’s long-term growth.
He also met with Mr. Ravinder Reddy Surukanti, Independent Director overseeing Investor Relations. Mr. Reddy, with his rich experience in financial oversight, plays a key role in stakeholder management and governance — his contributions to the Audit and Stakeholders Relationship Committees reinforce transparency and investor confidence.
